Pregnancy classes incorporate traditional yoga postures (asanas), deep relaxation and comfort techniques.
Mum and baby classes a blend of self-care practices incorprating massage, care and recuperation for mother and baby.

Mum and Baby Yoga
Postnatal yoga classes with a focus on rebuidling mum’s abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, whilst bonding with baby and supporting the development of baby’s brain and nervous system.
