The yoga classes on offer have been developed by Cheryl McDonald, found of Yogabellies. The classes have been specifically designed for women throughout all the life stages.
If you are a woman looking for a way to connect your body and mind and create balance in your life, these classes may be for you.
The Yogabellies Sadhana (meaning practice) of Sense, Breathe, Move, Sleep and Circle, are used to complete a feminine yoga practice.
Sense - becoming mindful both internally and externally
Breathe - bringing our attention to the breath and our yogic breathing (pranayama) practices
Move - the practice of our Asana (posture) practice to help de-stress, tone and balance
Sleep - deep relaxation during Savasana, using a combination of yoga nidra and self-hypnosis
Circle - our community. Bringing women together in a safe space to share and support each other

Pregnancy Yoga
Midwife-led pregnancy yoga classes involving pregnancy-friendly asanas (postures) and breathing techniques, deep relaxation and a welcoming community of mums-to-be
Mum and baby Yoga
Postnatal classes with a focus on repairing mum’s back, abs and pelvic floor post-birth, whilst incorporating baby yoga postures so they can practice with you
